  Does anyone know of a TIFF viewer for IBM compat and VGA that is
available by anonymous FTP or UUCP?  There was one that was posted 
to comp.binaries.ibm.pc about a week ago, but it is very slow at paging
around the file.  I would like one that could handle compressed TIFF as
well as TIFF.
