Unless you, or the target user on BIX, have subscribed to a commercial
mail handling service called DASnet, you cannot send mail to them.

If one of you is a DASnet subscriber, then the address is
user@dcibix.das.net *** I THINK **. The best way to find out
is to have the person on BIX send you mail at your Internet address.
(Again, one of you has to subscribe to DASnet...)
