Ok, there are two reasons why...

1.  I list my return address in my reply-to field as syd@DSI.COM,
note that dsi.com is not our uucp name.  How would a uucp site get
that message to me if they could not figure out that dsi.com == dsinc.

2.  I use that information, in a reverse fashion to see if I can
get to that site via smtp or via uucp.
