I am new to Minix and this newsgroup, so please forgive me if
this is an old question.

I have upgraded from an IBM PC to an IBM PS/2 Model 80.
I have Minix 1.3.  I used COPYIIPC to copy my 5 1/4 inch
diskettes to 3 1/2 inch format.  When I boot Minix on the
Model 80 the boot message comes up fine.  Then I place the
root file system disk in and press "=" and the computer
locks up.  Could someone tell me what I need to do to get
up and running?
