I am in need of a "C" function that will provide time at a granularity of
less than one second.  Currently I am unable to get a time value from any
of the Unix System V functions with values of less than 1 second.

I need to be able to generate Response Time values in the 10th or 100th
second range.  Any help you can provide on this would be greatly appreciated.
