They are brand new in the original box, and include a 10 foot RCA cable, a switch box for the TV, and the modulator itself. I picked one up (just because of the price) and it works great. The cable alone is worth the cost. Jameco's cust svc number is (415)592-8121. The part number is TVSBC.
