This was on the "Last Licks" column of the current (April 1990) edition. 
Although there is other information on the page that doesn't sound hard to 
beleive, they do say in the table of contents about 'Last Licks' that you  
should "Skip this page if you're looking for useful, informative, factual,
reputable, practical, or reliable information".  Even more so than other
comments in Amiga World, you should take this column with a grain of salt.
