I have been downloading from a VAX (running VMS) using XMODEM, YMODEM and
ZMODEM without any problems for quite sometime. Define your configuration a
little better and the specifics of the problem you are having - ie. what
emulator, what VAX program(s) etc...

What do you mean by the VAX 5 system - is this software or hardware?
