Adam Levin (CATS SUPPORT) once said,

  "Use a lower case 'R' as in

   SetPatch >NIL: r

    and your RAD: will reboot..."


Upon discovering this, I said, "OH S*&%%$!!!!!  That's Why!",
and proceeded to change my startup-sequence.  Note that the
documentation for SETPATCH only mentions "R", as in upper case.
