I have access to an HP ScanJet Plus scanner, connected to a 80386 ms-dos box.
The scanning software includes ScanLab, which has options to scan in black and
white, or 4-bit or 8-bit grey-scale images.  I can convert these images to
a variety formats, including AutoCAD IMG, GEM, and TIF formats.  Does any one
have a conversion program that convert these images to GIF or IFF ILBM?  I
don't have the specs for any of them.
