One thing that I noticed was that people liked to tell me about the problems of the phone company and how it should be changed. Frankly, they were wasting their time and mine. As a customer, these people could call or write to upper management and say any thing that they want. As an employee, if I were to pass on these complaints I was told to either shut up and do the job or quit. (Eventually I quit).
