Could someone please summarize what the various kinds of APDA
"memberships" are?  How much does each cost per year and what do you get
for your money?  Even though my GS is used almost entirely for business
purposes, any programming I do on it is primarily as a hobby, so I can't
justify the several hundred $ I vaguely remember people saying "full" =
(for serious developers) memberships cost.
