Allan, your a reasonable guy, where did you get this reply? You make it sound like Atari Corp is not interested in doing anything to make its customer's lives any easier. Why not ? You might consider suggesting to your management that it is a "feature" in the opinion of your potential customers that they can upgrade the memory of their machine. This "feature" costs about 0.28US$ and yields quantifiable customer satisfaction. I think this is a symptom of a bigger problem.
