Well, I recently pulled arc off the sources archive here at Imperial College to compile it on a Sun4. The distribution seems to be geared towards both ST and Unix. (Certainly the Makefile mentions both of them.) It compiled first time on the Sun4 and is currently working fine. The version is by Howard Chu (hyc@umix.cc.umich.edu) You can get it from any comp.sources.unix archive (eg. uunet) in volume15. Hope this helps.
