So then I use icdfmt.prg to Sorry, folks. I should have played around a bit longer before posting. It turns out that my control panel was corrupted, and was causing the infinite rebooting. Now I only wonder what happened in the first place, and why I always need to boot my computer twice after powering up my HD to get it to boot properly.
