If you are trying to get additional DIO-II spaces, you need a 98570A 
Option 004 direct connect (4-slot DIO-II) Expander.
Other available options include a staight 98570A Expander which contains
2 DIO-II slots and 4 DIO-I slots.  And finally, a 9888A expander which
provides 8 DIO-I slots.
You can mount the aforementioned 98577A (VME Expander) to either a 98570A
expander (if installed) or the 360 SPU directly.
