A small number of extender boards were made several years ago for factory use, but they bore no part numbers, were not orderable, and we now have barely enough left for internal uses. You best bet is to insert the target DIO-II card in the top slot of the SPU box or 98570A expander. Remove the cover to said SPU/expander, and poke and probe to your heart's delight. (This also eliminates trace-length from consideration in any timing problems).
