I'm in need a a C/ATLAS complier for use on an IBM PC compatible computer.
C/ATLAS is a subset of ATLAS, ATLAS is a language to control automatic test
equipment and is defined by ANSI/IEEE STD 716-1985. Any info on where I 
could purchase a C/ATLAS compiler would be greatly appreciated.
