Look for it on top of the drive, toward the end (away from the drive opening). You'll find a three pin 90 degree angled connector that may or may not be labeled with the letters A and B. If its not labeled, just move the jumper in the second possible position (always covering two of the three pins). That should take care of your DIR B: problem. Vera.
