Easy.  Just have a normal config.sys with:
	device=<whatever_driver>.sys
	device=pcnfs.sys /r10

In your /etc/rc.ksh:
	PATH="c:/bin;c:/nfs"
	export COMSPEC="c:\command.com"
	export TZ=GMT0
	export NFSDRIVE=C
	cd c:/nfs
	switch /
	nfsrun
	switch -
