A friend of mine asked me if there is any SW that converts "any" image
format (PCX,PIX,TIFF,IMG,etc.). A few months ago I read someone posted
about a SW that can do this but I couldn't recall what it was.

Could anybody give me a hint where this SW can be found by either ftp, mail
request or any other means. I appreciate your help.
