	I came across this problem last year, and I was told that IBM no
longer sells BIOS upgrades and you must buy an entire new motherboard...
	
	Is this the case in the US of A as well or was my friendly computer
salesman just jerking me around??
	
	BTW he also told me my IBM PC II would need the BIOS upgrade, instaed
I just installed a WD MFM controller and Seagate ST225 and it worked no problems... It boots and everything.
