The two I am looking at now are the Cache 486 and the Mylex 486 - both with EISA bus, which I want. I know the prices for the motherboard are around $3000 or so, but what I am looking for is anyone who has used one of the boards. Is the EISA bus reliable yet, or should I wait until any bugs are removed? What kind of performance do they give (both have 128K caches in addition to the on-chip cache)? I am almost ready to buy one of these 2 motherboards, but I haven't seen any reviews, so I am a bit leery about putting out the money for something which may only barely work. Please E-mail responses, as I don't read this newsgroup much. Thanks! -- +----------------------------+ !
