I have used both Procomm and Telix, but dumped them both for Boyan a while back, and I am now looking towards "Telemate." Just got a copy of this yesterday, and it looks excellent. Check it out! These are both available on BBS's, and both of them support Zmodem. You can access Zmodem through Procomm using a utility called "Pcall," but why bother?
