Chapman asked about a Hebrew/English wordprocessor. I know that ChiWriter can do hebrew among other foreign fonts (cyrillic, greek). It includes a possibility for printing Postscript plus common 9- and 24-dot matrix printers. (ChiWriter might also be called MegaWrite or something like that, I'm not sure.)
