Recently someone uploaded a program called COPYMASTER to my BBS.  The 
program is a real slick clone of COPYIIPC, in fact too slick.  I wonder 
if it's a hack of COPYIIPC?  Anyone ever hear of it?

If it is a hack it was very well done.  All reference to COPYIIPC was
removed and it has its own logon screens and help screens.  However, 
once you run the program it looks like COPYIIPC.
