Basically, in procomm, you can enter a dos shell, and run the program. The program will have a menu allowing you to upload/download with Z-modem, and it allows batch transfers. It's great, free, (well, it's shareware, now that I think about it), & I haven't had a single problem with it. Try it out! Frank Wang
