It may be obtained by calling Orchid Technology, talking to tech support, and asking for the programmers reference for the Prodesigner VGA board. That's what I did, and recieved a technical reference on the Tseng chip. Orchid tech support can be reached at 415-683-0323. They were charging $15 for the manual when I bought mine 4 months ago.
