A general OS/2 question:

I've heard varying estimates of the time that it takes to learn OS/2 to the
point that one can reasonably begin work on non-trivial programs.  More or
less, this is 6-12 months.  Does this sound reasonable.

What if the person in question has an extensive foundation as a mac developer,
say is a certified developer and has a lot of DOS programming experience?

How similar to the mac is developing under OS/2?




Naturally, i'll summarize should the comments be extensive.
