No. The reason is simple: Macintalk (which in my Humble Opinion is a primitive hack at best, anyway) was developed for Apple by a third party. For various reasons, no source code to Macintalk is in existence. The only thing Apple HAS is the binary that is shipped. You cannot maintain, enhance or change something you can't touch, and without source, you can't touch it. Do not, however, consider lack of support for Macintalk to be a general lack of interest in this area.
