I am looking for a software package that can do contour plotting on a
Mac. Currently, packages like Mathematica and Matlab require the dat to
be in the form of a big matrix, with the x and y spacing of the data
points being constant. I would really love to find a program that can
read in the a simple (x,y,z) format. Anyone knows of a package that can
