Tim,

What version of SuperLaserSpool do you have?  You'll need at least version
2.0 for MultiFinder compatibility, current version is 2.02.  If you don't have
version 2.0x, then call (408) 773-4498 for upgrade information.  If you do 
have 2.0x, have you tried any of the Troubleshooting recommendations from the
User's Manual?
