I want to run a MacIIci box as a dedicated controller, without a monitor,
keyboard, or mouse.  It would be connected to another MacII by a GPIB bus,
through which I would communicate with it.

The problem is getting MacTorso started.  I could, of course, connect a
keyboard and start it the usual way, but if someone knew which ADB lines
I needed to tickle, that would be neater.  Perhaps the HostMac could even
startup MacTorso.
