Picked up a Mirage ADB converter and FlightStick (Apple format)
recently.  Both work very well; the FlightStick is likely the
highest quality joystick I've ever seen for use on a micro.

The Mirage is available for $37.50 + shipping from MAC, in
Berkeley (the converter unit can be hard to find). I have 
seen the FlightStick priced at $47.00 from various AppleII
discounters.
