I'd bet, he means "One would also note that (because of our
experiences with FullWrite 1.0 and dBASE Mac,) there is a new theme
behind all development at AT..."  Any way you cut it, it's as good as
an admission that the OLD theme was NOT "it goes out when it's
ready"...
