I can guarantee you that the SONY 1302 is not compatible with NTSC.  I am not sure about the
SONY 1302B (modified for appropriate sizing when changing between Analog and Digital signals.)
The analog input on the 1302 is true R-G-B analog.  I can make no statement about the 
1304... I have owned a 1302 since 1986.
