Actually, in the U.S. the standard tractor-fed paper is exactly 11" in 
length.  What you want is the size called "International Fanfold" in the 
U.S. -- I don't know what label is used on the dialog button in other 
countries.  This size is 12 inches long and 210 mm wide.
