Due to the heavy demand for a Think C list after I posted a request about
whether one existed, I have decided to set one up (Thanks to jherr for
giving me permission).  Unfortunately, I lost some of the requests to join 
the list.  Those of you who wanted to join but don't receive the welcome
message should email me again (sorry) and I will get you on the list asap.
