I have upgraded 3 MIPS RS 2030s with an additional 8 Meg of ram (80ns) from:

Associated Technologies Marketing
214-248-0700

The cost was $120/SIPP and includes a 3 year warranty. We have had no
problems with the 24 Meg from ATM.
