I am trying to bring up the CMLIB math libraries distributed by N.I.S.T. .
The CMLIB library is a public domain package containing hundreds of 
math routines. The routines depend on having the appropriate constants
defined. I need the constants for the routine d1mach.f . If anyone has
installed this package successfully I would appreciate receiving the
constants used in the d1mach.f routine.
