Summary
	Machine:	Data General MV 20000
	OS:		DG/UX 4.0.x
	Problem:	TCP and UDP TTL fields.

Detail
	We are experiencing problems due to TTL fields in UDP and TCP
	packets being too small (15 & 16, respectively).  We have no
	sources and no software support in order to obtain a fix.  If
	anyone out there can send me a copy of a "fixed" inet.a library
	I would be most grateful.  We do have the proper licenses to
	run the binaries, we just have no direct means of obtaining
	them.
