now again under the extended warranty (about 9mos old---like
a baby to me), because I need to buy a 660MB hard-disk to get more
space. I paid $2000 (academic price) plus 10% handling fee plus
7% tax. I do not know today's NeXT price for this drive. (Yet
rumor has it that this type of harddisk is 15-20% cheaper today
from mail-order houses than it was when I bought it.)
