 I am looking for references on how to interpolate
data in the form of z=f(x,y) using NURBS. Specifically,
how can I represent an image of data- where pixels
are the z's using NURBS, (with the intention of using
the SGI-Iris hardware for display later).

Any references will be appreciated.
