There's a particularly annoying tcsh bug (race condition?) that appeared
in SunOS 4, where pipelined jobs randomly hang

	% strings undump | more
	strings undump | more

	Stopped (tty output)
	[4] 24416 24417

It has been suggested that compiling with -Dvfork=fork makes the problem
less common, but doesn't fix the real problem.

As since this code is doubtlessly really nasty, I don't relish the task
facing me.  So, Has anyone already fixed it?
