	I am having a terrible time getting a transcript2.1 driven
	Laserwriter running from a DS3100 - I keep getting 
	'pwd: gwd: permission denied ' errors in the printer log file
	and the daemon won't stay running. The daemon starts with 
	the entry 'Bad termcap entry' in the lpd-err log file.
	I start lpd '/usr/lib/lpd -L /usr/adm/lpd-errs'

	System is ULT3.1/UWS2.1
