I've had similar problems with my system panicing.   It's a 80386 33mhz
machine running SCO XENIX 2.3.3gt.  It panics while running vpix and 
formatting drive b: (the second floppy), which is a 3 1/2" 1.44 meg.       
This has happened three times in a row, so I'm sure it's vpix
causing this.   Any ideas?
