I have a Compaq 386 fitted with the Compaq AG1024 high-res board,
and have installed Windows/386 using the Compaq-supplied Windows/386
driver (high res version).  Most Windows apps work fine, but:-
Word for Windows (version 1.0) crashes when a Print Preview command
is given;
DynaComm version 2.1 crashes always.

Here in Holland, Compaq (Netherlands) and Microsoft (Netherlands)
point fingers at each other and say it's not their problem.

How can I bang their heads together, and get them to consider a 
fix?  BTW, Compaq driver is version 1.1

Any suggestions/workarounds gratefully received.
