I am running an application under XNEWS 1.0
that sometimes dies with a timeout on some
process.
The problem is that my machine is slow not that
there is a loop in the program.

Does anyone know how to extend the timeout period, or suppress
timeout altogether?  Is this perhaps related to not doing
'pause' often enough?

p.s. Dbgcontinue does not work to get things going again.
