Is it possible to attach an icon manager to a mouse button, so that it
acts like a popup?  Using TwmWindows isn't *quite* the same (for instance
it doesn't tell you which windows are iconified).

On the same note, is there a way to make an icon manager menu (or
TwmWindows - that would solve the above problem) only display menu
buttons for windows that have been iconfied?
