A workaround, I think, is to run the compiler with -O2. The code at least compiles, I haven't gotten the whole thing together yet to see if it runs. I'm not a person for compiler debugging (everytime I tried to take the class, the instructor was out of town - Norway!) Pretty packed for time right now.
